Just check the IPs on your KOC account page. If they are different after you disconnect and reconnect from your ISP its dymamic.
Mine are
Previous Logins
222.152.252.210 1 minute and 22 seconds ago successful
222.152.252.210 40 minutes and 9 seconds ago successful
222.152.252.210 2 hours and 28 minutes ago successful
222.152.252.210 7 hours and 9 seconds ago successful
222.153.123.241 10 weeks and 13 hours ago unsuccessful
222.153.123.241 10 weeks and 14 hours ago unsuccessful
222.153.7.172 19 weeks and 5 days ago unsuccessful
They will all trace back to my ISP.

172.210.9.12 1 second ago successful

172.215.9.12 36 minutes and 13 seconds ago successful
172.215.255.96 39 minutes 51 seconds ago successful
172.200.255.96 41 minutes 19 seconds ago successful
172.215.255.38 53 minutes 28 seconds ago successful
note, the ip will not be the same as the previous one.
you dont need to restart your p.c..
just safely turn ur router off, and turn it back on again.
if your in the uk, i believe bt have dynamic ip on their broadband lines.

1>222.152.252.210
2>222.153.123.241
3>222.153.7.172
Its morning here. The successfull ones are my nights spending.

Grrrrr, I have a purchased IP through cable on the server (we have a server in our house as all the kids have their own computer) --That would be a pain in the rump for me to do anything like that to the server computer. So I keep clicking my few a day and get excited for the beginning of Age 5 when there will be more to get me going.

(A) No, you can't click through more than once without Dynamic IPs (or Proxies, but let's not get into that.)
(B) There's another thread (http://www.phoenixrising.at/forums/showthread.php?t=13736) about how to do it, in which you've already posted.
(C) You posted this exact same post there -- don't cross-post again.
