ok first you go to internet options in ie as shown here ^^^

next go to lan settings in the connections tab :)

then go into lan settings and check "use a proxy server for your LAN"
then find a list pf proxies which would be displayed like this 80.62.53.50:8080
the part before the : goes into address and the 8080 part goes in the port :)
and a list of proxies to get j00 started ;)

Before using a new proxy, clear your cookies.
