I worked at the tech support from a Belgian ISP for a year. Trust me those stories you can read in there really happen.

I once got a call from a client who asked me when the tech will return to finish his installation. I then searched for the appointment to see that it's status was finished. Then the client told me the tech promised to come back with more material after he drew a hole on his boat UNDER sea-level.

The most funny thing was that the tech asked the client to keep her hand over the hole untill he came back (wich he didn't) and then left in a hurry

tech support .... lol.... I called the support line for sbc adsl not to long ago and some guy from india answers and with this amazing accent, mind you it sounds like he's reading off a paper, " Mi Name iss uh...... "Jimmmie. How can i, ......... service you tooday" :D hysterical i started laughing and had to hangup.
