flash the bios
Although flashing the BIOS has the risk that your current CPU might stop working also. Proceed with caution ;)
MT, do you know what make/model of motherboard is in the PC?

Do you get any on screen warning message other than the beep ?
If you see something like "unknown processor" you might need a bios flash though im not sure if the acer boards wil display a message. Contact the people at acer if you want the steps on how to flash your bios, otherwise take the pc to a repair shop and have them do it.
It might also be as simple as your cpu fan not being detected by the motherboard , in that case a warning message will probally be shown. If this is the situation, just open the side of you box and check that your fan is infact turning ,if its turning just go into the bios and disable the warning. Some boards do have something like a "cool and quiet" function that lowers you cpu fan speed when its not needed.

Anyways, i return the processor at shop... Fucking acer have blocked the processor... I can't change it or the PC never start. I got infinite long beep and a black screen... Nothing at screen...
I will buy a new motherbord and a new case and transfer all my hardware on my new one... Acer is banned from me for life!

Yeah, a lot of manufacturers like Acer like to sell you the whole package and tie you in to them as a supplier by using proprietrary hardware, BIOSes etc which can be bloody annoying when your kit reaches EOL and you can't do much with it.
There are ways around it but they're not guaranteed and can be messy. THis is why I've always gone self-build :D
