hey i just started playin this and i am looking for a good commander that will help me out, and not be a douche like some people are... i wont mention any names

Well, there are plenty of people like that in the PR chain. I would suggest Hiata. He is under Nara, and he is very active and knows the game well. He's also in the TPC alliance so you could be in TPC and PR and be in both chains as well.
