PR in RoC

is the PR clan in RoC? i cant find it anywere. my commander is one of the admins which is as close as ican get to PR but i cant join the clan because im not an admin. can i get some help. which clan should i join? who should be my commander?

You should be able to be in the PR alliance on ROC if you're in the chain (anywhere under Trekie4ever) The alliance name on RoC is called Phoenix, or PHNX is the abbreviation.
