I know there's not the official forum for ROC for talking about this but im too lazy to create an account on GUA but someone know when the premium option will be done?!

when is the forum gonna be ready? im starting to get sick of mIRC because u cant say anything serious on there. its more for chatting and screwing around. WE NEED A NEW FORUM!

I don't know when premium options are going to be implemented. I think fury was working on that, and I am under the impression that fury is no longer hanging around. So...

As for the forums, McTwist, chill. It's being worked on.

fury is active, somewhat, he is on IRC oftenly but only responces to people who talk mature and constructed (and even then you have to be lucky >_>)..
