Things would need to drastically change for that to happen. I grew tired of recruiting for an alliance that from now outside looking in has no want or desire leadership wise to do it themselves. PR was founded and formed by members that knew how to rank and how to get players to join the alliance. Seems now days those things are no longer important. Its more of a social thing which while it should be that but not the main and only thing done. Look at the activity levels if you think I am wrong. 12 members with a % above 50 I mean wow!
